"Can you think of a better reason to do this for me?"  No, not really, "It will take you no more than four days at the longest.  Quick and easy."

Knight shook his head at the woman's request, "No means no Lady Bishop.  I don't want to miss the finals coming up . . ." A little lie never hurt anyone right?  The headmaster never thought things through when she sent him on "errands", a little detail that nearly got him killed more than enough times.

"Knight dear, you're the only student I trust with this task.  Please?" For some reason, seeing the headmaster in distress bothered him.  Releasing a sigh he ran his fingers through his hair.  He needed to learn to say 'no' better.

"Fine . . ." This was going to be a long weekend.

Her face lit up as soon as the word left his lips, "Ah~ Goody~! You're such a good boy Knight~" Rolling his eyes, he leaned against her ebony desk.

"So . . . Are you going to tell me what you're sending me away for?" Hopefully it would actually be easy and quick.  Then again . . .

The red haired woman smiled again, "There's a rouge vampire that's been killing the villagers in a town about a days drive form here, He's becoming a problem, and we've been asked to terminate the rouge."

Knight's tail curled in irritation, "So you want me, a student, to 'terminate' a rouge vamp that could easily kill me, alone?"

"Yep~"

"No help."

"No~"

"For real?"

Her smile said it all.  She was serious. He ruffled his light blond hair, "Anything else?"

Clapping her hands together, Elara hugged the young boy before her.  He was a good student, despite his smart mouth.  Pulling away from the boy, she looked at his face.  For a child of sixteen, he looked older.  There was just something about the boy that she felt she had to protect.  She gave him a smile, "Thank you dear."

The look he gave her made her laugh.  Those eyes of his were not only beautiful, but also full of emotion.  Another fact she enjoyed about the boy.  Knight was simply to fun to tease~

Remembering the reason she called him to her office in the first place, she walked over to her desk, "Actually, there is something else . . . Your father sent you a letter."  Looking up from her papers, she wasn't surprised to see the flaming anger in the boys eyes, "He'll be here by the time you return from the little errand."

Her blood ran cold at the menace in his voice, "Why is he coming here?"

No point in lying, "He said in the letter that you and he had unfinished business . . ."

"No."

"No what? To seeing your father?"

"Screw him, he left mom and I, he can rot in Hell."

"Knight . . ."

The look he was giving her made her cold skin crawl.  When he wanted to be, the kid could look damn scary, "I'll rip the bastard in two if he so much as looks at me."  She could tell by the lashing of his tail, and the red creeping into his eye color that he was serious about his words.

Placing the letter back in her desk, Elara gave Knight her own cold stare, "Your father will be in MY village in five days." How she hated playing the bad guy, "You WILL meet with him, and see what the man wants, and you WILL act accordingly.  If I have to, I will even send Kain to babysit you."

The glare he shot her made her own anger fester, "As you wish, Lady Bishop."

She watched him bow and leave, slamming the door behind him.  As much as she wanted to believe his words . . . She knew Knight would most likely try and kill his father.  Opening Knight's file, she couldn't blame him.
. . . Not much to say about this . . .

Other than For the Students of Bishop Academy . . . It would be wise to avoid the headmaster . . . Though Elara Bishop is kind and caring of her students . . . she often forgets that they're STUDENTS. She often has Knight do all of her "errands" which are far from the word.
